Blood Donation Camp

The T.S. Srinivasan Centre for Polytechnic College and Advanced Training, Vanagaram, Chennai-95, in collaboration with Kilpakkam Government Hospital, Chennai, the Red Ribbon Club (RRC), and the National Service Scheme (NSS), organized a blood donation camp today, Saturday, August 10, 2024. International Yoga Day 2022 Celebration

CPAT-TVS celebrated the 8th International Yoga Day on 21.6.2022. Dr E Palanisamy, Dean and Ms Padmini Janardhanan, Consultant addressed the students on the “Benefits of Yoga”, followed by two rounds of Surya namaskar while our Dhyana Instructor Mr J Lokesh Jagadeesan chanted the Surya namaskar mantra for each step. Next various yoga asanas such Dhanurasana, Padmasana, Bhujangaasana, Vajrasana, Trikonasana and Balasana was performed under the guidance of Mr V Balaji, Yoga Trainer.
