    This program provides an introduction to Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Students gain a broad understanding of the practical application of technological concepts in industry.

    Electrical and electronic engineering technology is applied to a wide variety of systems such as Communications, Automobile Process Controls, Manufacturing and Maintenance, and Industrial Automation. Graduates of this program are prepared for a wide array of employment opportunities.

    The courses offered in the Electrical & Electronics program include - Basic Electric Circuit And Analysis Techniques, Semiconductor Devices, Measuring Instruments, Digital Logic, Micro-Controllers; Electrical Energy, Machines, Power Electronics and Power Systems.

    Special courses that all students in this stream are required to take include Ethics and Values, Yoga and Meditation, Business Economics & Entrepreneurship, High School Math and Science, Functional English, training in Industrial Pneumatics & Hydraulics, CNC and PLC, and Auto CAD.

    Continual revision and up gradation of the curriculum ensures that students keep abreast of new technology and industrial practices.
    During the 4th and 7th semesters, students go through in-plant training in state-of-the-art industries where they receive hands-on training on Electrical Machines, PLC, Power System, Industrial Drives, Electrical Measuring Instruments, Soldering, Advanced Micro Controllers, Maintenance of CNC Machines and Industrial Pneumatics & Hydraulics. This provides them with the opportunity to work and actively learn about Industrial Manufacturing and Quality systems in practice.
    During the 7th semester students also complete industrial projects in their field. These experiences greatly enhance their employability.

    • Learn about technology and operations of Electrical and Electronic Systems.
